Other Helpful Information:
- No visitors are allowed in the building at all during the entire testing window of April 12-26.
- Even though your child's grade may not be testing, other grades are testing on different days, as well as students who have make-ups, etc. This includes lunch visitors, too.
- No electronic devices are permitted at school during testing.
- Students will be dropping their backpacks off in another room for test security purposes, but if your child has a smart watch or a Fit Bit, s/he may not wear it while testing.
- There will be no homework or tests given on any of the testing days.
- Some homework may me assigned when there is no testing on consecutive days.
- All testing starts first thing in the morning, so please make sure your child is here BEFORE 7:40.
- Any students who arrive late will not be permitted into their classrooms once testing has begun. They will be sent to another room to wait until testing has finished for the day. Then, they will have to make-up whatever test they missed on the make-up days.
- If your child wakes up and is feeling sick, please keep them at home!
- If a child gets sick in the middle of testing, there are no "re-dos" for any of the sections. It is best to keep him/her at home to be on the safe side and take the missed parts on make-up days.
- Please make sure your child eats a healthy breakfast!
- Sugary foods can cause drowsiness once they have been digested.
